The goal of the Production Print Sales Specialist is to support and drive sales of clients' production print product portfolios through an assigned
sales team and designated named and vertical accounts.   As a senior member of the sales team, the individual who fills this role is expected to 
assist the Sales Manager in training, development and pre-sales support of assigned team members to reach revenue and profit targets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
1.  Develop an annual production print sales and marketing business plan for their assigned group [to be updated quarterly].
2.  Work with client’s third party vendors to leverage these partnerships into increased sales and profits.
3.  Play key a support role in the development of major account presentations and conduct benchmark demonstrations, proposals, and value 
     propositions to account base.
4.  Manage territory by utilizing sales database to maintain a record of all prospecting and current customer account activity in the pipeline
     [ensuring information is updated daily], and by protecting and increasing a profitable revenue stream within each account.
5.  Review leads, pending orders and lease upgrades, developing action plans to progress each cycle.
6.  Meet forecasting objectives by keeping timely, accurate forecasts on account assignment with weekly/monthly forecasting accuracy reports.
7.  Serve as first line of contact with customers; conduct account reviews; evaluate current state; ensure customer satisfaction and completeness
     of strategy implementation along with next steps in the account.

ADDITIONAL TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES 
1.  Achieve monthly team and personal production print quota.
2.  Ensure that Production Print Certification is achieved by all team members.
3.  Take responsibility for personal training goals and assist Sales Manager in developing ongoing training goals and objectives for team members.
4.  Track each team member's training and progress, bringing both personal and team needs and opportunities to management's attention.
5.  Participate in all team meetings, training, functions and events as assigned.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
College degree preferred, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs - specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Valid driver's license and minimal level of auto insurance coverage
U.S. Citizenship

ADDITIONAL SKILLS / INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5 years previous copier sales experience with proven track record of success since 2010
Proficiency in cross-functional support of Entry Production color and black and white
Familiarity with Digital Print on Demand as well as Transactional printing environments
Working knowledge of Integrated Office Solutions
Strong networking skills including connectivity, scanning configuration, etc.
